Authors are invited to contribute the VI Congress with short communication(s) or poster(s). Each contributor must submit an abstract (including the participants of the workshops and poster sessions) written in English in LaTeX-Format using this template. In case of writing the abstract in MS Word, please follow the abstract_template.pdf.

Please send both files (*.tex and *.pdf) at cmm.smm.2016@gmail.com  with a subject line: Abstract. We kindly ask you to specify in the e-mail whether the abstract is for a talk in a section, workshop (please write the title of the workshop), or for a poster.

Language of Submission:
All abstracts must be writen in English with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.

Abstract Submission Period:
Until May 29, 2016   Extended until May 30,2016. Late submissions will not be considered.

Accepted Abstracts:
The Presenting Author will be notified by e-mail until June 5, 2016 with a report on the status of the abstract (accepted or declined).

Please note that presentation at the Congress is possible only if the speaker has registered and paid the registration fee.
